On the highway of life we come to crossroads.

I went into 2015 having set myself some goals, as I think all of us did.
To accomplish these goals meant that I had to re-arrange how much time I spend where and how I get things done, so the natural course of action was to split some CTP Team responsibilities amongst team members. The intention was to free up more time to work on things that take more advantage of my skill sets.

The division of tasks works great, any team leader that has not yet done so should look into it. Thank you Terry, Sabrina, Patricia and Martin for helping me out with everything that needs to be done day to day.

While on the highway of life there are some things that are very certain. You will have crossroads, road blocks, potholes and many other situations that will determine how you get to your destination or if your destination will change. When these obstacles are presented sometimes you must give up 1 thing to choose the right path.

As many all ready know, I do run a full time business offline and I do have ambitious goals to achieve. So today I came to my crossroad, choosing one way will enable me to achieve many of my goals, personal and team oriented, choosing the other way I may still get there but I would give up a lot along the way and I would become an absent leader.

It would be unfair of me to choose the way I want to, and try to hold on to some things that I need to let go. So it is with some sadness that I announce the stepping down as leader of the SAA but it is with excitement that I announce Terry Allison as my replacement,

Since day 1 Terry has shown an intense commitment to our team, he is always there for team members and available more often than I am. Terry shares the vision for our team and I hope you give him the support he deserves.

I will still be around, mainly focused on the business side of projects to come, but also for any support that may be needed.

Thank you all for the wonderful time I have had as your leader, you have all supported me more than I could have imagined and I am thankful for all the great friends I have made through this.

SurfAholics Alpha Win first place and $3,000 ! Do you want to play on the winning team?

31 weeks ago we set out to accomplish a goal.

CTP Teams had just started, and we were one of the first teams to be created. On the first day we set a goal, to create a team that communicates together performs together and wins the first season challenge.

It was a long and difficult run, but we have shown we are determined to accomplish our goals, and we did it well.

With season 2 we are gearing up to take things to the next level.

CTP SurfAholics – Alpha

Welcome to the Billionaires club

Since day 1 of the ctp teams competition our team, the SurfAholics Alpha, have shown that it truly takes a team to win. Week after week we have fended off other teams who seem to have a single or a few members putting up some crazy points, doing astronomically well and scoring individually in the top 1 or 2 of the top 100 at CTP Teams.

Each week we may not have had the top point earner but as a team we are all consistently in the top 100, so it’s no surprise that we have managed to get to 11 straight weeks won and looks like we are about to hit 12.

So what is so awesome I have to write about?

All 25 of us have individually earned 1 billion points.

Yes the extremely high numbers from last week and this week are made possible by the even more extreme bonuses we have earned due to the great deals some of us have purchased during the CTP Black Friday marathon.

But don’t dismiss the teamwork that has gone into getting these results. While not all of us found deals that worked well for our individual needs, all of us have taken advantage of the team bonuses. It’s a message we have shared with one another week after week, not everyone can spend the same amounts of money , but if someone on the team does and gets us a team bonus we ALL respond by picking up our activity to take advantage of these bonuses.

Look at Thomas Buckley, he is not a Kore 4 member, and that is fine it does not fit with what he wants to do online and I commend him for doing what is right for his business. Without the kore 4 bonus he is also at a bit of a disadvantage as he does not receive the 4x point bonus others do. But he took advantage of the bonuses the team has earned and is now sitting in first place on our team with more than 20 billion points earned.

Are we seeing what I am trying to get at? Business works the same way, sport teams work the same way, every individual member of a team plays the part they can play and use each other to lift one another up as a team.

So cheers to all the SurfAholics , welcome to the Billionaires club you have all earned it.
